5th Strategic Plan 2023-2027 Launch at Serena, Nairobi

The ICT Authority on the 15th of May 2024, joined the Communications Authority in launching their 5th Strategic Plan 2023-2027 at Serena Hotel in Nairobi. The chief guest was Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Information Communication Technology and Digital Economy Eliud Owalo, who was accompanied by Principal Secretary,State Department for Broadcasting and Telecommunication Prof.Edward Kisiang'ani. Also in attendance was ICT Authority CEO Stanley Kamanguya together with other CEOs and Directors.
Speaking during the launch, Cabinet Secretary Eliud Owalo highlighted that the launch of the strategic plan comes at a time when ICT is a key factor in the Kenya Kwanza plan for the success of this country. He further went on and said that ICT is not only an enabler but also a critical success factor for this country. Lastly, he emphasized on the need to ensure the strategic plan is successfully implemented.
