Notice of Early Market Engagement (EME) – Kenya Digital Economy Acceleration Project (KDEAP)

The Information and Communications Technology Authority, with financing from World Bank under the Kenya Digital Economy Acceleration Project (KDEAP), invites industry stakeholders to participate in an Early Market Engagement (EME) session scheduled for 8th April 2026.

The session aims to engage suppliers, contractors, consultants, and technology partners on upcoming procurement opportunities and gather market feedback to strengthen project design and delivery approaches. Key areas of focus include:

Supply, delivery, and installation of Wi-Fi routers in 527 tertiary institutions
Supply and delivery of desktop computers
Procurement of an Integrated Government Resource Platform (IGRP)
This engagement provides an opportunity for stakeholders to share insights, understand planned requirements, and contribute to shaping implementation strategies that support Kenya’s digital transformation agenda. 

Participation is voluntary and does not constitute prequalification for future procurement processes.
